Hello! I am a fifth-year PhD candidate on the 2027-2028 job market. I am an applied microeconomist focusing on health economics. In my job market paper, I use tools from public goods theory and structural econometrics to analyze international cooperation on pharmaceutical pricing. I previously worked at the Center for Global Development and earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I am currently employed part-time by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). My PhD advisors are Ted Bergstrom, Ted Frech, Antony Millner, and Chris Adams (CBO).
